A powerful strategy to establish cooperation with potential clients

20 January 2012

If there is anything that irritates us is when we have an appointment to present our services and the client cancels or has to come to our offices and is not presented. Frustrating, is not it? It happened on numerous occasions.

When I was in the field of direct sales presentations had to make my products. Also was in my house with potential recruits for my sales team. Success depended on these people comply with the agreed dates. If one failed, I was late 2 hours, resulting in lost time and money.

My teacher gives me the solution

In a talk with my teacher (executive director of sales), I told my daunting problem. “Diana, when we started the training, one of the most important steps I shared was to be in contact with the client before the appointment, he said. With how busy we walk today, if not keep in touch often, the customer will forget or will it was an emotional moment to make the appointment. And that’s your goal. Maintaining that prior contact for the customer to keep you in his mind, “he said.

My teacher was right. Since I applied the following strategy, greatly diminished in my presentations and maximize the use of my time. Now you step-step strategy-frustrating to decrease these cancellations.

First step

Send a postcard

Dated the appointment, immediately sends mail a postcard thank you to the client and remember the date, time and place of the appointment. This has two benefits:

1. The client is amazed to see the special touch you give different. It shows you’re professional and you go beyond the competition.

2. The postcard appointment strengthens your mind and you have another opportunity to speak to the benefit of the appointment.

Note: These postcards you can buy them in the mail by 0.22 cents (if you live in the United States or Puerto Rico). Or you can get Vista Print made for you.

Creating a strategy that customers are always satisfied with our products

20 January 2012

Many entrepreneurs focus on the primary sales. Then leave the client at their mercy for other companies with knowledge of the importance of loyalty to remove them.

How do you stop this bleeding? Follow these strategies.

Draw them no profit

Here is one of the biggest problems that the employer makes. Think “I have to attract customers and make profits in the first sale.”

On the one hand you’re thinking well, but if we analyze the cost of living for a client, we can attract them without making a profit then loyalty and generate revenue through the relationship with that customer. Let me explain.

Let’s say the average customer spends $ 80 on the first sale and returning to buy about 4 times a year by investing the same amount. You are leaving $ 320.00 in your pocket annually. Now let’s say this client’s life is 2 years, leaving $ 640.00 in revenue. These numbers are average. I hope you’re analyzing your average income per customer and the life that stays with you.

Lose to win

Take the example of a beauty salon. The most advertised regular prices of their services, and thus compete with other salons. Now enter the market this astute businesswoman and announces a special never seen before (where she earns nothing) to attract new clientele.

Invest $ 100 pamphlets.
Invest $ 50 in a boy at school for distribution.
It attracts 30 new customers.
All clients spend $ 20 (regularly $ 80) in court, dyed hair and polished: $ 500.

The entrepreneur had expenses of $ 150 to generate $ 740. This is just an idea. Do not forget that this client, if treated well, you can end up investing more. It is in the room, you can sell other products such as shampoos, conditioners, treatments, facial or nail treatment.

And do not forget the recommendations to others. These customers spread the word of your excellent service.

Do you apply this strategy to all entrepreneurs who sell services?

Apply if you only have a service that is consumed regularly. “Diana, my clients return once a year to complete their taxes,” tell me disappointed.

How to solve problems in marketing their product market

20 January 2012

I know it’s not easy to be known. And I understand because I am entrepreneur and I have to work hard for others to know about my services. But since I focused on the following strategies, all went on an aggressive growth and now enjoy fame and unlimited income.

1. What makes you different?

Before starting my business I did a thorough analysis of the competition. On the Internet there are several other known marketers and entrepreneurs who are elder than me at the market. Time on market is not synonymous with experience. Like them, also has years of knowledge. Only I started a little later because I focused on helping rather than creating a website.

However, this analysis found that all are the same. ALL selling the same stuff, different packaging (competition I read). Then, as we all have similar skills, I decided to position itself as a friendly and personal. I took a different twist from the competition.

An example is my newsletter where I share bits of my personal life. I show pictures of my pets and talk about the advanced deterioration of my grandmother. And although this is different and many do not understand why they do, those who follow me connect me to this personal and professional level. This makes me different.

I also like to help important causes such as domestic violence and sexual abuse of minors. Why do it? Many think it’s a marketing strategy. And in a sense it is. But in reality I was a victim of both. And it connects me. But why do it?

Because that’s me. And I bring to market my true self. No sale is what interests me. Sure, I have a family to feed and I have to generate income. But my happiness is when I am clear with people.

Finally, I do not like competition are their strategies of deception. For example, many have programs that tell you an offer today just to make you buy, but when you come back the next day the same offer is still valid. The only thing that changed was the date that the program was responsible for change. This is disappointing. They are deceptive strategies that only affect the reputation of real experts who only seek your welfare (you know who you are, you will now see how they change their strategy because the air bag rags).

Jon M Queen DC on Ukrainian Limitations for Green Energy

19 January 2012

The green energy plans for Ukraine have stimulated Jon M Queen DC in his studies. After months of research operations, he has reached to some of the most important conclusions regarding this domain. First of all, Ukraine is definitely an amazing opportunity at the first view. But once you dig deeper, things become complicated due to the government’s restrictions. There are not less than four different fields to succeed in with the green energy – hydropower, agriculture, solar energy and biomass energy. All these fields become available through the Green Tariff program, adopted by the Ukrainian government at the highest green energy standards. Some of the most important obstacles imply the outdated and fragile infrastructure, as well as the requirements to use Ukrainian equipment.

Jon M Queen‘s studies are clear enough though. While trying to take a look a few decades into the future, Ukraine will still have problems implementing the green energy. The wide variety of options is limited. The nuclear power is still among the national priorities, with all the political pressure on it. Green Tariff is definitely a positive aspect on the local economy. It is the essential source of natural and renewable energy. It is even more important than the carbon credits. At some point, the equipments will be updated and the process will slowly start moving. But at the same time, the business exports and the opportunistic ideas will be out of discussion.

Other than that, it is not excluded for large corporations to create new companies in Ukraine only to take advantage of this industry. Jon M Queen DC thinks it wouldn’t be too surprising to see new corporations arising in the former Soviet Union country. Aside from this huge opportunity, the low social life provides an inexpensive labor mass. If you watch from a different point of view, things are just as good for the Ukrainian government. This move comes with more jobs, greater investments and a more important GDP.

According to Jon M Queen, the government should step in and involve more actively in this process. A new sector should be created in order to avoid the instability. This is what drives most investors away. The long term continuity is not something to count on from a legal point of view. With all these, there is a lot to work. However, taking the right steps from both parts – the government and the investors – will seriously create very profitable win-win collaboration.

My Homeowners Advocate Helps Struggling Homeowners

10 January 2012

The inconsistent and unpredictable market has brought people unwanted consequences that changed their lives. With the market on its lowest, the common person can lose an important aspect in his life such his job and this might equal to loss of income thus benefits and worse his home. This is scenario is not some sort of exaggeration but a reality for people who are helpless when these things happen. Losing one’s home is not something everyone expects or imagines in their future.

But anyone can avoid this situation and never think of it to happen again. If a person can only think ahead and plan for the long-term, this cannot be a worry even if the market continues to fall. To do this, one must check and account all the resources and means and see if one can purchase a home with flexible terms and favorable payment schemes. On the other hand, if one is already in the brink of this undesirable scenario, one can already ask for help from experts. An organization such as the My Homeowners Advocate helps people struggling to keep their homes.

Sometimes, when one is already clueless on how to settle their mortgage payments, the best thing to do is ask an expert on how to deal with it. My Homeowners Advocate has a website that one can easily visit any time of the day. After filling up an application form, one can already ask questions that could be basic or quite complicated for starters. Doing this would not charge one of any single cent or be required of any purchases. Advocates of MHA who had mortgages of $500,000 and were paying $3000 a month have successfully cut their payments by a thousand dollars. This should be the goal of any person struggling to keep their homes amidst the changing markets as a reduction in the payment of mortgages could give them a breathing space for other expenses.

The aim of My Homeowners Advocate is to trim down the cost of payment and help people avoid foreclosures. With the rising number of foreclosed homes each year, MHA has estimated that this number might continue to rise. With this statistics, concerned organizations like MHA have stepped up to assist confused homeowners on what to do next with their housing payment schemes. After filling the application form, one can wait for only 3-5 days for an associate to contact them back with plans and strategies on how to cut down the mortgages. With the tough economy, it is only wise to trust the expert and do everything to maximize one’s resources.

Understanding of the company creates real value for organizations

8 January 2012

Top management must focus all its efforts on creating value to the organization, but not short-term value, but have the ability to create real long-term value. This process should be ongoing and long term. Of course, that this difficult task is not only top management but also must be a commitment of all employees of the organization.

If employees, not management, I mean, they feel they are a real contribution to the organization, they feel a greater level of commitment and motivation, which achieved an increase in the productivity of these. There are countless examples of organizations within the Fortune 500, to create value in the short term, taking into account only the shareholders have generated a lot of damage and destroyed value to organizations, rather than create it. The concept of value creation should not be a monetary or financial terms! This concept should be applied much more broadly.

Productivity is essential to compete in the competitive and dynamic market today. Productivity, both employees of the Organizations that are in constant research and anticipation of changes and problems.

For all the foregoing that I introduce the concept of “Value Driven Management” (VDM). VDM is a theory which focuses on creating real value in the long term, based on eight factors which always are considered individually and entirely to the point that any decision or action will be taken by the organization. These eight factors are:

• Cultures external to the organization;
• Organizational culture itself;
• Values of employees;
• Values of suppliers;
• Values of customers;
• Values of others;
• Values of competition;
• Values of the owners of the organization.

Once these factors are considered, as described above, both individually and integral can be sure that the decisions and actions will be implemented to maximize value creation in the long run, not only in monetary terms but in a broader sense. On the other hand VDM emphasizes the creation of knowledge and incentives, as might be the case for training and development, so that there is a genuine motivation of employees.

Wal-Mart is an excellent example of an organization that is constantly in search of ways to create value for it. This organization is a fundamental principle which is true at every level of the organization, this is respect for the individual. Respect for the individual not only refers to its employees but its customers, suppliers and partners.

How the Feed-In Tariff Cuts Will Affect Sales of Solar Panels

19 December 2011

Installers of solar panels are worried about the recent cuts to the feed-in tariff, worried that their potential customers won’t even consider joining the tariff now. This is probably true in the short term, sales of solar panels and installations will drop but I’m guessing that they will pick right back up again.

People who were counting on the 43.3p rate paid for electricity generated from PV solar panels will naturally be disappointed to realize they will now only get 21p. However, after thinking about it, they will realize that getting 21p is really a good deal, especially when the prices of solar panels are going down. Granted, it won’t be the mad rush seen before but the companies who ride out the drop in sales will reap the benefits of less competition when installations pick back up.

The tariffs are payments to anyone who owns a renewable electricity system, with solar panels being the most popular, and most practical choice for the vast majority of UK homeowners to generate renewable electricity with zero carbon emissions.  Any UK property owner is eligible, businesses included. Solar panel installers can market the scheme to homeowners, businesses and organizations, giving them a huge potential customer base. Many solar panels installers will survive the reduced feed-in tariffs just fine as they an market the generation of zero-carbon electricity, a product that will only get more popular as the UK governments pledge the greenest government ever.
