How Agreement with the Department of Innovation Labor Council

On September 3, 2008, the Department of Innovation, Science and Enterprise and Employment Council adopted an Agreement in which, based on the provisions of the Decrees 10/2008 and 117/2008 April 19 to April 29 , they identified the procedures for the realization and effective transfer of persons in the basic structure of the territorial network UTEDLT.

Thus, dated December 19, 2008, the Director General of Social Economy and Entrepreneurs, the Managing Director of the Foundation Engages Red Andalusia and the Presidents of the consortia UTEDLT, signed 95 agreements by which they are articulated and documented the process of subrogation staff as part of the basic structure of each consortium and the effects were produced, according to the forecasts made in the respective covenants, from “January 1, 2009.

During the year 2009 were taken many steps to reorganize the Red Land in the new territorial structure designed in 2008: the Internet Entrepreneur Support Territorial, a wide and complete infrastructure currently consists of over 200 Centers for Entrepreneurial Development (CADE) and over 1,000 qualified specialists in building and managing companies that provide services to all types of entrepreneurs and companies providing coverage to 100% of the region.

In particular, in the province of Jane we have 30 centers Entrepreneurial Development in the province acting in four areas. Both CADES situation as configuring their area of influence have been established based on population, location and other socio-economic characteristics of municipalities, achieving the goal of covering the entire province.
